We are looking for summer interns or volunteers who will help us in a number of ways as we grow and scale. At this time we are unfortunately unable to offer compensation (this sucks, we know), but can provide credit for students.
We ask for at least a 15-hour weekly commitment, though full-time is preferred. NYC or DC preferred, but remote is fine for the right people. Must have your own laptop and be prepared to work from home.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic organization in its earliest stages. Ideal for people seeking to gain experience in a startup environment where you will be doing work that is changing the face of American politics.
We're looking for people with political fundraising, volunteer management, research, writing, marketing, and press experience. You don't have to be experts—we can train, but you are a coachable, highly motivated, critical thinker who works well independently and plays well with others. No assholes.
Women, people of color, trans/gender-queer, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are especially encouraged to apply.
